QUICK START* – For ages 7 to 11

*Classes are limited to 8 athletes per class.

The Quick Start Program of Powerhouse Athletic Academy improves fundamental athletic skills & self esteem for young athletes.

These are critical ages for motor skill development. In our Quick Start Program, our focus is on improving speed development, body-weight strength training, endurance, coordination, and self-esteem in a fun and friendly environment.

Each athlete must first complete our mandatory performance evaluation to assess their strengths and weakness, so we can place them in the correct category.

Quick Start I – In this program, we focus on basic motor skills and base-level conditioning. Younger athletes generally participate in this program.

Quick Start II – A base-level technique is used at this level. Motor skills and conditioning are taught at a higher level than Quick Start I.
